PAID Achondroplasia Non-Treatment Research Study to Evaluate Pen-Based Injection Device

PAID ACHONDROPLASIA NON-TREATMENT RESEARCH STUDY TO EVALUATE PEN-BASED INJECTION DEVICE

When living with a rare disease or condition, there are many opportunities for individuals affected to help develop advancing treatment techniques, etc. for their condition. When members of the community participate in studies and trials, it helps to increase further research, care, and treatment opportunities.

This particular paid research study is enrolling children 10-17 years old and their caregivers to evaluate a pen-based injection device for potential use for children with achondroplasia. This study is for practice and learning. The pen-based injection WILL NOT contain the investigational medication; however, participants will perform a mock injection into a dummy skin pad.
